54. Attachment 2 (abridged, edited, and with further quotes from the version sent to the Popes)
The below quotes from Pages 7, 8, and 11 in the report to Cardinal Vingt-Trois were not included in the original attachment to the Popes. Partly, this was because the Holy See, via the Archdiocese of Paris, had access to the entire report. In this edited attachment, these quotes are added so that a reader better understands the report’s prophetic accuracy.
Excerpts from the Report to Cardinal Vingt-Trois, delivered in early July of 2015 (all quotes identical or near-identical):
From the report’s start:
Your Eminence, Cardinal Vingt-Trois: . . . I begin writing to you from the Abbey on Mont Saint-Michel on June 18, 2015 ... regarding a series of revelations that I have been asked to bring to your attention. . . . the revelations pertain . . . to the safety of the city of Paris ...
I already had a long meeting with Auxiliary Bishop Jérôme Beau about these revelations. . . . After this meeting, and a number of follow-up meetings with Père Thierry Vernet, I was asked to put paperwork together about these events so that Père Vernet could forward the matter to [yourself]. . . .
In brief: after bringing to [Prior] Théophane [of the Fraternities of Jerusalem, Paris] a spiritual matter that involved a number of divine signs, in his authority as Prior of Saint Gervais, he agreed to investigate the matter as a potential miracle. (Note that this miracle was not a miracle of healing, but more, as Auxiliary Bishop Beau later seemed to agree, a miraculous sign.)
From Page 7:
It seemed that God was revealing that Paris is the modern-day Nineveh and that I am to warn the city of a terrible fate that is avoidable by means of true repentance. And, the type of needed repentance is known to me.
From Page 8:
Père Vernet asked why Paris was singled out for God’s judgment. I explained: . . . after the terror attacks in Paris, I wrote a letter to President Francois Hollande. The letter contained a truly foolproof method of reducing violent “Islamic” fanaticism.
From Page 11:
The letters’ contents were enough discussed [at the meeting] so that, according to standard theology, it could be understood why God, now, would be specifically singling out Paris. After all (1) Élysée Palace had been given a truly foolproof . . . method of permanently reducing violent “Islamic” fanaticism in the both short and the long term; and (2) Élysée Palace did nothing with the information. So, would it be surprising were some terrible calamity, God forbid, to befall the city at the hands of “Islamic” fanatics planning a follow-up to the January terror attacks?
